After taking a few photos with my system avatar, I am back in my mesh body and head and loving it!

No more spending time getting rid of jagged edges – I can spend that time adding filters and effects and all that fun stuff. 😛

I like the new expressions in the Lelutka heads, included in the last update.  It’s not quite the variety I have with my LOGO head, but I love the way they look.

I was shopping at Kustom9 when I saw this dress by Tetra, and my jaw hit the floor.

It’s so elegant and classy – I love the lace overlay and the cutout hem.

I wanted some hair that had a bit of messy look, and this fantastic hair from Wasabi Pills was just thing (another fabulous FLF find).

I started searching through my inventory for accessories, and found the earrings from It! and the clutch from Zenith, both items I’ve had for a while.

However, my search also led me to this fabulous ring from Eudora, which is their prize in the Enchantment hunt.

If you haven’t been to Enchantment yet, run, don’t walk – there are some fabulous items.  They are also having a hunt – you need to grab the HUD so you can tp to the participating stores.

It’s a pretty easy hunt and there are some fabulous prizes – like this gorgeous ring, which you get in both gold and silver versions.

I am constantly on the lookout for cool and amazing things I can use either in a routine or for a LOTD post.

I try not to buy the same things that you see over and over and over on fashion blogs/feeds.

Sometimes it’s hard not to, though, especially when it’s something as flat-out fabulous as this headpiece from Zenith, out now at We ❤ Roleplay.

WHRP ends on August 30 (that’s tomorrow, in case you want to hop over and pick up some of this gorgeous for yourself).

When I saw this piece, my jaw dropped and I had to have it.

It’s so elaborate and detailed and amazing and now it’s mine!

I’ve been waiting for the perfect opportunity to use it (I bought it when WHRP opened on August 5th) and the opportunity finally presented itself.

When I saw this sign from floorplan for FLF, I bought it on a whim, thinking to use it in a routine.

Then I opened the box and realized it was texture change – done and done!

This amazing tattoo from Letis has been hanging around waiting for that same perfect opportunity – I love it when things come together. 😀

I added this fabulous hair from No Match that I got at the Vintage and Cool Fair.

Throw in a metal bra/thong from May’s Soul and voilá – Dangerous.

I can’t believe it’s almost the end of July already.

This summer has flown by!

School is right around the corner and I’m busy with enrollment and school supplies.

So it’s nice to be able to find a few quiet moments here and there in SL.

Frisland has become one of my favorite places for pictures – it’s always so lovely.

I saw this adorable dress from Zenith at FaMESHed and had to have it.

I dug through my inventory and found a few accessories from Maxi Gossamer to pair with it.

The bangles are color change, so it was easy to mix and match.

This key necklace is one of my favorite pieces from the MG Look Book for Mix this month.

Also included in the MG Look Book were these darling sandals.

I wish it was this nice where I live.

We’re going on week 3 in triple digits. 😛

I am busy working on photos and trying to sort out my insanely large ‘Open These’ folder!

That’s where I stick everything I buy from events (with sub-folders, of course), so I know (mostly) what I got from where.

But there have been so many events lately that I can’t seem to keep up. 😛

I saw a notice about a ‘new-to-me’ event called Fashiontropic, and since I don’t have nearly enough tropical stuff, I stopped by.

I’m glad I did, because I picked up this charming little dress from Guilia Design – I love the retro fabric.

While I was there, I found a lovely jewelry set by Meva – you can see the earrings and bracelets in the photo, and there is a necklace in the set as well.

So pretty!

The hair is a free gift from Elikatira at Hair Fair this year.

They’re a ‘new-to-me’ hair brand, but I love the look, and there are 3 (3!) free hairs in their gift.

I’m not usually one for accessories, but I got this bag from Zenith at The Season’s Story and it just matched so perfectly.

Speaking of accessories, I have become obsessed with rings!

I love these rings from Punci (which I think I picked up at anyBody, but I’m not sure) – I added the inset photo so you can see all the yummy details.

The lovely skin I’m sporting in these photos is from WoW Skins.

I recently joined their VIP group (while the fee was discounted!) and picked up the group gift for July – this lovely Stella skin.

I’ve been wearing my old skin for so long, it was a refreshing change!

My shoes are from Friday for Mix this month.

You get three pairs in one, so it’s a complete steal.

I love the shoes at Friday – so hot and sexy!

She tried hard to look nonchalant as she waited, but she accidentally dipped her hand into the birdbath.

She quickly wiped her fingers off on her dress, then adjusted her sunglasses.

All she had to do was wait for him to show up and hand over the files.

She tensed as she heard footsteps on the cobblestones.

As you can tell, I recently visited the current round of FaMESHed.

It’s their anniversary, so many of the vendors have free gifts set out.

After picking up a load of free goodies, I finally had time to open a few boxes.

I love the sunglasses – they come with a HUD and ton of options.

I don’t usually fuss with a lot of accessories, but this little bow clutch from Zenith is just adorable.

This entire look (except for the shoes) was put together with free gifts. ❤ ❤
