LOTD 120He snapped the photo just as she turned, catching her mid dance.

She was annoyed, as usual.

She couldn’t understand why he wanted photos of her dancing.

He couldn’t understand why she didn’t.

LOTD #94

LOTD 94I love Victoriana and Sci-Fi, so of course I love Steampunk!

I picked up this darling dress from Anachron at Genre a few rounds ago.

So I started hunting through my inventory for accessories.

I was so stoked to wear these shoes – I got them ages ago from Eudora, but I love them.

I knew I was right not to toss them!!

LOTD 94 CUThe details of some of the jewelry and the nail polish deserve attention, so here’s a close-up.

You can’t tell from the picture, of course, but the eyepatch and the necklace having moving parts.

The necklace was CPD’s item for the SteamX hunt.

And though I don’t often wear nail polish, I knew I had the perfect steampunk polish.

When I’m doing these LOTD posts, it is sometimes hard to decide what photos to use.

On one hand, I like to do photos that show the items as they are, so that if you like them, you know what they actually look like!

On the other hand, I love playing around with all the windlight settings in Firestorm and/or playing around in Photoshop to ‘tweak’ the photo.

So this time I decided that I would just include both – since for once I used the same pose. 😛

The first two photos show what the items actually look like in SL.

Here’s my ‘tweaked’ version:

LOTD 94 2I’ll let you decide which one you like better.
