Like this fabulous dress/coat from Ana Markova.  No idea what event I bought it at, but it’s gorgeous!

I grabbed this fabulous necklace set from Meva and this terrific hairstyle from Elikatira.

I keep an eye out for the FLF sales, and when Glamistry was on the list, I ran right over.  I love their shoes, and they were offering the fatpack for only $50L!

Taking pictures and playing around in Photoshop are a couple of my favorite things to do. 🙂

I haven’t done much shopping lately (terrible, I know!) but I did manage to make it over to Uber to pick up this fantastic pearl bikini from United Colors.

I fell in love with it when I saw the ad, as did many people, judging from the number of times I’ve seen it on Flickr. 😛

I wanted to play around with in-world projectors and lighting (using some more of those skills from tutorials) and I thought this would be the perfect outfit for it.

After seeing the new Simone head from Lelutka, I picked it up as well.  I love the cheekbones on it, and the expressions are bit different from my other Lelutka head.

I really didn’t do much to this photo other than crop and add a slight blur around the edges. Not my usual style of photo at all, but I think it turned out pretty well. 😀

My Attic @ The Deck has long been a favorite event of mine – lots of terrific designers at fabulous prices.

I was lucky enough to be picked as one of their bloggers this round, and I’m happy to report that this round is as fantastic as ever.

I discovered Lumae skins at the Cart Sale a while back, and I love this Petals skin as much as I did the others.

Tons of appliers so you can wear whatever mesh bits/bobs you have and everything matches perfectly.

Leri Miles Designs is old favorite, and this fitmesh Hilary dress does not disappoint.

I love the side slit in the skirt.

Nantra made it easy to look even more fabulous, with these Gabrielle heels that match the LMD dress perfectly.

In addition to the heels, Nantra also has a pose set (Illegally Blonde) that comes with the purse you see above, as well as an adorable puppy and books.

For a finishing touch, I added the pearls set by Meva.

I needed an updo to show off the fantastic earrings, and this style by Truth was just the thing.

The last few days have been blazing hot where I live.

100F and above – even in the shade!

While I love warm places, I don’t love feeling like an ant under a magnifying glass every time I step outside. -.-

I want warm, not fiery.

Warm sand, warm water, and cool breezes. 😀

So, I found a nice warm beach in SL – the beautiful Bamboo Beach.

One of my recent shopping trips included a stop at The Chapter 4 event.

I found this cute little bikini from The Annex and paired it with this darling skirt from Coco.

I love the little sheer strip detail on the skirt.

While I was there, I couldn’t resist these adorable sandals from UC.

I love the color and detailed ankle strapping.

The hair is a free gift from Elikatira at the Hair Fair this year.

I love the color change bow – it adds a touch of fun to the hairstyle.

I recently joined the WoW Skins group and have been wandering around in their Sara skin.

The bangles are from Maxi Gossamer – yet another piece from her Look Book for Mix this month.

I love the cut-out detail of the bracelets – delicate, but substantial.

The anchor necklace from Meva is a find from this round of My Attic @ The Deck.

It was the perfect whimsical touch. 😀

I am busy working on photos and trying to sort out my insanely large ‘Open These’ folder!

That’s where I stick everything I buy from events (with sub-folders, of course), so I know (mostly) what I got from where.

But there have been so many events lately that I can’t seem to keep up. 😛

I saw a notice about a ‘new-to-me’ event called Fashiontropic, and since I don’t have nearly enough tropical stuff, I stopped by.

I’m glad I did, because I picked up this charming little dress from Guilia Design – I love the retro fabric.

While I was there, I found a lovely jewelry set by Meva – you can see the earrings and bracelets in the photo, and there is a necklace in the set as well.

So pretty!

The hair is a free gift from Elikatira at Hair Fair this year.

They’re a ‘new-to-me’ hair brand, but I love the look, and there are 3 (3!) free hairs in their gift.

I’m not usually one for accessories, but I got this bag from Zenith at The Season’s Story and it just matched so perfectly.

Speaking of accessories, I have become obsessed with rings!

I love these rings from Punci (which I think I picked up at anyBody, but I’m not sure) – I added the inset photo so you can see all the yummy details.

The lovely skin I’m sporting in these photos is from WoW Skins.

I recently joined their VIP group (while the fee was discounted!) and picked up the group gift for July – this lovely Stella skin.

I’ve been wearing my old skin for so long, it was a refreshing change!

My shoes are from Friday for Mix this month.
